Dear Vicki,

We want to thank you and everyone at Cayman Islands Department of Tourism for giving us such a wonderful and memorable holiday. Special thanks to you for sorting out all the arrangements, everything went very smoothly and we had a fantastic time!

We were well looked after by Jerome and Nathalie of Cayman Islands Helicopters and thoroughly enjoyed our flight. It provided a great start by giving us a bird’s eye view of the Island. Having hit the heights with the helicopter it was a nice contrast to plumb the depths with the submarine. The crew at Atlantis gave us a wonderful trip and it was quite magical at night to see all the fish and the colours of the coral were quite stunning and the wall and drop off were amazing.

We booked a dive to the Kittiwake wreck which was an amazing sight and experience and helped build our confidence for the next dive to the wall. The wall and shallow dive were also excellent and gave us great views of the fish and coral.

We hired a car for a day to explore the island. In the morning we did the Mastic Trail with Stuart from the National Trust, which was brilliant as you learn and see so much more by having a knowledgeable and informative guide and Stuart had many interesting tales to tell. In the afternoon we went around the Botanical Gardens which was beautiful and it was lovely to see the Blue Iguanas wandering around, they're amazing creatures and so prehistoric looking. It was interesting to see the old Caymanian House and the fruit trees and sand garden.

We enjoyed exploring George Town and Seven Mile Beach and all the tasty food in the restaurants.

So many thanks for so many happy memories and providing such a generous prize, we thoroughly enjoyed all elements of it and here's hoping your 2013 winners have as good a time as we did!
